Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt.

​

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

*Free shipping on orders of $9.79 or more.

International Shopping Policy

*Free shipping on orders of $100 CDN or more.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Beauty by MCC. We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

We offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

​

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

  • ​

Original packaging is not required.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at monarchcosmeticclinic@gmail.com.

 

Exempt Goods

 

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards

 

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

​

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will issue your refund.
